Main castings such as the bed, worktable, and column undergo two tempering treatments and stress relief, ensuring excellent stability and no deformation to lay a solid foundation for high-precision machining. Even under long-term and high-intensity operation, machining accuracy remains consistent.
2. Precision Transmission Components
The X, Y, Z axes are equipped with high-rigidity precision linear guides and high-precision C3-grade ball screws, matched with an AC servo drive system for high control accuracy. The three axes move smoothly with minimal machine vibration, achieving positioning accuracy of ±0.003mm (within 300mm stroke) and repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.003mm for more precise and stable machining-meeting the strict high-precision requirements of medical device
